• Domestic US: Usually 2-6 business days.
• International: Varies depending on location. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping.
• Once shipped, arrival will depend on the efficiency of your local postal service.
• Orders will be shipped as First Class Mail or Standard International by default to keep shipping costs low.
• Products shipped in StayFlats® Mailer to keep your order from bending or crushing in transport.

Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds are accepted only on a case-by-case basis. I am happy to exchange your item for you or to cancel your order before your item is shipped. Please contact me immediately if you have any issues with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Digital downloads
• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
